The History of Angels Camp & the Centennial Celebrations Plans for 2012!

Angels Camp, CA....The History of Angels Camp & the Centennial Celebrations Plans for 2012! The Angels Camp Museum will present as part of their new lecture series a symposium on the history of Angels Camp by noted local historian Judith Marvin. 2012 is the 100th anniversary of the incorporation of Angels Camp into the City of Angels in 1912. Following her talk there will be a brief review of the centennial celebration events planned for the year to commemorate the anniversary from an antique car rally and old-fashioned July 4th celebration to the large anniversary celebration.....



Thursday, January 5th, 2012 St. Patrick’s Catholic Church Meeting Hall (820 S. Main Street, Angels Camp) Reception with refreshments at 6:30. Lecture starts at 7:00 PM. $10 per person - Museum Members are admitted FREE.

The lecture will take place at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in their meeting hall. Refreshments will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the lecture will begin at 7:00 p.m. The program should conclude by 8:00 p.m. or soon after. Parking will be available at both the church parking lot and the upper museum parking lot.

TICKETS:
Tickets are $10 per person and will be available the night of the lecture at the venue. Museum Membership members are admitted free. Memberships can be purchased at the lecture as well.

ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE ANGELS CAMP MUSEUM FOUNDATION TO AID THE MUSEUM
