Whiskey Bottle To The Head in Old West Style Bar Fight in Jamestown
On Friday night just after 9:00 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the bar area of the Willow Steak house in Jamestown regarding a disturbance. They were told a customer, later identified as 22 year old Jeremy Burk of Jamestown, was intoxicated and had been asked to leave. Burk left but returned 30 minutes later and asked for a drink. Frazier refused to serve Burk and told him to leave. Burk walked out the front door but came back in through a side door and attacked Frazier behind the bar when his back was turned. Burk punched Frazier several times before hitting him over the head with a whiskey bottle...
causing the bottle to shatter. Customers came to Frazier’s aid and removed Burk from the bar. Frazier refused medical treatment at the scene. Burk was located later and arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
