In Loving Memory of Patricia “Pat” Gaultney
Patricia Eleanor Gaultney of Angels Camp passed away peacefully on April 18, 2011 at the Mark Twain Convalescence Hospital in San Andreas. Pat had just celebrated her 93rd birthday. Born in Arlington, Washington, she spent her teen years in Pasadena roller skating and helping with the Rose Parade. She moved to Angels Camp after meeting and marrying her soul mate, Norris “Dude” Gaultney where they raised their three children.....
Pat worked as what she called a beauty operator. She cut and styled hair in her kitchen, at her beauty salon, and at Angels Memorial Chapel for over 50 years. Pat was also a skilled seamstress and cook who loved to dance and golf.
She is survived by her husband, and true love of 62 years, Dude Gaultney; Children Cindy and Mel Toponce, Kerry and Allan Ramorini, and Kenny and Susan Gaultney; Grandchildren Eric and Carol Draper, Jennifer Draper, Craig and Cristi Canepa, Jamie and Meta Canepa, Allison Hall, Allan and Kim Ramorini, Jessica Gaultney, and Andrew Gaultney; Great Grandchildren Jared, Muriel, Max, and Gabriella Draper, Christian, CJ, Cody, Colton Canepa, Jillian and Katie Kelling, Shelby, Alyssa, and Emma Canepa, Audrey Hall and Great-great grandchild Payton Kelling Ballard.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 21 from 2:00 – 6:00 at Angels Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be on Friday April 22 at 11:00 at the same location, followed by a pot-luck reception at Angels Gun Club. Donations can be made to The Bret Harte Golf Program PO Box 208 Altaville, CA 95221. Pat will be greatly missed by her many friends and family. May she rest in peace.
