Hanks on Kids Activities at the Fair
Frogtown, USA.....The Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee is planning fun inter-active activities for children to participate in on Heritage Days, Thursday May 19 and Friday May 20. Children age twelve and under receive free admission. Heritage Days will host special Pirate Fun for all our buckaneers. .....

On Thursday, the first 100 Lads and Lassies will receive a pirate hat and the next 400 will receive a pirate eye patch. On Friday, the Wild West is in town and the first 100 buckaroos receive cowboy hats and then the next 400 receive a sheriff badge.
Treasure Maps will be available at guest relations. Children are led on an adventure throughout the Fair and at the end of their journey they find a treasure. In addition on Thursday, May 19 in Home Arts there will be a make and take project. Lowes has provided a building project for kids. Tom Sawyer Hall will host the Lowes project. Children will be able to make potpourri in the Pedals and Vines building.
The exhibit buildings will be hosting hands-on activities every day during the Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee, May 19-22, Pirates of the Carrots and Beans. For more information see the tentative schedule of events at frogtown.org.
