Snow Helps Put Vehicle Fire Out

Sonora, CA....A vehicle fire occurred on Friday at Hwy 108 at Tulloch Road. Damages consist of $1,000. Apparently the Jeep Cherokee caught on fire while traveling on Hwy 108. The driver stopped the vehicle and used snow to put the fire out. Full CAL Fire report is enclosed....

2001 JEEP CHERROKEE CAUGHT FIRE WHILE TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON HIGHWAY 108. THE DRIVER STOPPED THE VEHICLE ALONG THE SHOULDER AND USED SNOW ACCUMULATIONS FROM THE ROOF OF THE VEHICLE TO EXTINGUISH FIRE. ESTIMATED DOLLAR DAMAGE IS REPORTED AT $1,000
