Bear Valley, CA....Snow sportsmen, women and children! Vallecito Music Boosters invite you to get some outside time and exercise before sitting down to Superbowl XLV. The event is the 4th annual Jazztrax Snowshoe Stomp to be held the morning of Superbowl Sunday, February 6th. Once again Bear Valley Cross Country Center and Bear Valley Lodge will host.....

Vallecito Music Boosters and the Vallecito Union School District are sponsoring Jazztrax to bolster funds for the district's 5th-8th grade music programs on the Ebbetts Pass corridor. Races include a Kid's Mile, a junior 5K, and an adult 10K. Each participant gets a hat and fuzzy ear warmers and a chance to win race prizes. Following the snowshoe race, Vallecito Music Boosters will serve their no-charge delicious hot lunch while you enjoy sensational AMS Jazz Band tunes and win raffle prizes.
Registration is open at the sponsor's website, www.vallecitomusicboosters.wordpress.com. Fees range from $5 to $20 per entry, depending on race course and runner's age.
Parents and community members can volunteer to help on race day. Sign ups are on the sponsor's website.
