Booth Spaces Available For 1st Spring Health Fair
Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital has announced the availability of booth spaces at their 1st Spring Health Fair February 27th at Ironstone Vineyards. The Fair will be held inside, start at 7:00 a.m. and end at noon. Activities will include free health screenings, blood analysis, senior services, bone density screenings, nutrition and fitness, and food, music and fun. Health-related community organizations and businesses who are interested in a booth space can contact Nicki Stevens at 754-2603. .....
“This will be an extension of our Fall Health Fair held on the hospital campus which draws over 1,000 participants” said hospital president Feliciano Jiron. “We feel this new Fair will favor our Highway 4 communities and Spring is a perfect time to get health information”.
Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital is a not-for-profit, 48-bed general acute care hospital serving all of Calaveras County. Established in 1951 as Mark Twain District Hospital and centrally located in San Andreas, the hospital is partnered with Catholic Healthcare West to further strengthen this rural hospital to meet future community needs. The hospital is supported by 31 active physicians practicing in 24 specialties.
