Be a “Santa Hero” With Gift Certificates From The Calaveras Humane Society Thrift Store
Your family, friends or that special someone would love to find a gift certificate in their stocking this year, or as a Secret Santa gift, from the CHS Thrift Store. They will truly be amazed at how far their dollar will go! Debbie Vaughn, an associate at Meadowmont Pharmacy, received a $50 gift certificate from Don the Pharmacist at their Christmas Party last Sunday. “It was so perfect!” said Debbie. “So far I have purchased two beautiful pearl necklaces, 5 tops, 2 scarves, 2 pair of the cutest Christmas socks, some PJ’s, a bread box and this most darling Christmas plate. And I still have $17 left for more treasure hunting!” .....
So come into the CHS Thrift Store today and pick up several gift certificates – you can get them in any amount from $10 up. We are located in the Meadowmont Center in Arnold between Big Trees Market and Round Table Pizza (and just three doors down from Meadowmont Pharmacy). Hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 10AM until 5PM. Donations are gladly accepted Tuesday through Sunday from 10AM until 4PM.
And be sure to check the Donated Treasure of the Week! Do you have some old LP’s around that you would love to transfer to CD’s? We have a wonderful TEAC multi-music player and CD recorder that will do the trick! It comes with the original owner’s manual.
All profits from the Thrift Store go to the Calaveras Humane Society's general fund to support the many CHS programs that provide assistance to animals in need. These programs include spay/neuter vouchers, cat and dog foster homes, and medical assistance. So when you visit the Thrift Store, you are not only finding great merchandise at fantastic prices, but you are also helping us save animals and improve their lives.
