A Hot New Business Coming to Avery?
Avery, CA...We spoke with Ron Cooper who is the owner and developer of the commercial parcel at the corner of Hwy 4 and Moran Road in Avery. As many of you may have noticed they have started site work and placed signs on the property stating that a new "Hot Spot" is on the way. Ron says that hundreds have asked what will be sprouting on that spot. He is coy on what the actually business or business will be built on the parcel. The rumors are rampant...
Cafe & Restaurants? Hot Rod and custom car shop? These are only some of the rumors. The only one he dispelled was a rumor of a topless bar. So short of that the way is still clear for almost any type of business on that spot.
