Posting of Notice: The Agenda was emailed to the following local newspapers of general circulation in Calaveras County on August 16, 2010: Calaveras Enterprise, Union Democrat, The Pine Tree, Mountain Chronicle. The District posted the Agenda at the following locations: District Office, Michelson School, Hazel Fischer & Avery Middle School.
Government Code Section 54954.3 provides that the public will have an opportunity to address the Board on any item described on a regular or special meeting either before or during the consideration of that item.
