Join Chatom Vineyards for their August Dinner!
Our August Dinner is going to be fun and delicious! It will be held on Saturday August 14th. We hope you can join us for this authentic Italian experience--served family-style! Dinner will be catered by Peter Speno of Il Rifugio and music will be provided by Over the Edge, www.overtheedgemusic.com. MENU (subject to change)....All courses will be paired with a Chatom Vineyards wine.....
Antipasti:
A platter of assorted meats, olives, cheese and grilled vegetables
Second Course:
Fusilli Pasta with Garden Vegetables, Pecorino Abruzzese Cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Third Course:
Salade with Butter Lettuce, Arugula, and a Citrus Vinaigrette
Fourth Course:
Bone-in Loin Pork Chop, First Roasted then finished off on our Fruit Wood Grill. Accompanied by Freshly Steamed Vegetables and Carmelized Red Onions with Sauteed Apple Slices.
Dessert:
Zabaione, A smooth Egg and Marsala Wine Custard Sauce Poured over Fresh Berries and Accompanied by an Assortment of Italian Cookies
