Join Us Live for "Calaveras Relay For Life" This Weekend!

Angels Camp, CA....Join us "Live" as we webcast our 4th Calaveras Relay for Life this weekend, April 24th~25th for your viewing pleasure. April 21st is BANK NIGHT 6:00pm in the Music Room at Bret Harte High School. April 24th 6 - 8:00am Camp Site Set-up; April 24th 9:00am RELAY BEGINS with the Survivor Lap. Relay Village will be on the baseball field. This includes all the Team Booths, the Registration Tent, the Survivors Tent, and the Entertainment Stage. During the day, walkers can use either the track around the football field, or the “track” around Relay Village at the baseball field – they’re both about the same size. At night, they’ll only be using the track around the football field. The Opening Ceremonies, the Survivor’s Lap, the Luminaria Ceremony, and the Closing Ceremonies will all be at the bleachers at the football field and will use the track around the football field. The luminarias will all line the track around the football field.

There will be live music and fun and games available to all who attend. This event has a carnival atmosphere so come ready to have fun by taking part in lots of chances to win great prizes.

6 - 7:30 pm Singing Steve Johnson

8:00 pm Luminaria Ceremony(light up bags to remember our loved ones)

9:00 pm Love Song Hour

10:00 pm Karaoke

11:00 pm Pajama Fashion Show

11:30 pm Mike's Pizza


April 25th

12 - 5:00 am Movies Under the Stars

6:00 am Rooster Crowing Contest

6:30 am Scavenger Hunt

7:00 am Paperclip-Chain-Off

8:00 am Breakfast

8:00 am Awards Ceremony

8:30 am Fight Back Ceremony

8:45 am Closing Ceremony

9:00 am Walk of Hope Home

Please bring cans of food to be used to weight down the Luminaria bags. All food will be donated to The Resource Connection Food Bank. During the month of April, The Resource Connection has a sponsor that will match $1.00 for every pound of food we donate.

Glasses & Hearing Aids will be collected at the Arnold Lions Relay Village Booth. If you have any used glasses or hearing aids you wish to donate please bring them with you the day of Relay. All items are refurbished and given to those in need, free of charge.
