Angels Camp Police Department Makes Arrests
On April 14, 2010 at approximately 1431 hours, Angels Camp Police officers made a vehicle stop in the 1400 block of Highway 4 for a traffic violation. While speaking with the driver and passenger of the vehicle the officer observed signs of intoxication. After further investigation the driver Martin Bacoccini, 50 of Copperopolis was arrested for driving under the influence and passenger Marcelle Nuttall, 37 of Copperopolis was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.....
On April 15, 2010 at approximately 2346 hours, Angels Camp Police officers made a vehicle stop in the 300 block of Murphys Grade Road for a traffic violation. While speaking with the driver and passenger of the vehicle the officer observed signs of intoxication. After further investigation and assistance from Calaveras County Sheriff’s Department the driver Mesmerized Bond, 20 of Murphys was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence and passenger Derek Partain, 19 of Copperopolis was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and taking a controlled substance into a correctional facility.
