4-H Holds Annual Cake Contest and Auction!
Angels Camp, CA....On Monday Night this week, Angelus Ranus 4-H Club held its Annual Cake Contest and Auction at the Mark Twain Elementary School. Club Members baked and decorated cakes and brought them to the meeting where they were sold to the highest bidder. They also voted on their favorite cakes and 4 winners are chosen in each of the categories....

The attached photos are of the winner of the Most Creative Cake which is the Cheeseburger Cake made by 4-H Club Member Michael Ziehlke.
The cake was purchased by Camps Restaurant Owner Sherri Smith who is in the photo with Michael and the cake. Sherri will show off the cake at her restaurant and hopefully share a bite.
It was a great evening showing off the talents of the 4-H Club Members and over $850.00 was raised to help the club at this years Fair.
