City of Angels Camp City Council Meeting on Tap for Tuesday

Angels Camp, CA....The City of Angels Camp City Council will meet on Tuesday December 15th, 2009. They will begin their meeting at 4:45 pm with a Closed Session with conference with legal council on an existing litigation. Then move to Abatement Item pertaining to the Lode Hotel. The Regular Meeting will Convene at 6pm. CDBG 2009 Technical Assistance application for Wastewater Master Plan will be discussed; Sponsorships of Wedeco Ultraviolet System Approval with Dept. of Public Health; 2010 Sewer Rehabilitation Project Presentation; Acceptance of Greenhorn Creek Public Streets into City maintained Street system; Amendment to the Hwy 4 relinquishment agreement. Amend agreement between Caltrans and the City of Angels Relinquishment of that portion of Hwy 4 bypassed by the new realigned State Route 4 and more.
