The premise is simple as more and more of our time is spent working on sedentary screen based activities we all have less time to exercise. I definitely know that is true for me. Break Pal takes all that time at your computer and makes it work to your advantage with fitness routines you can do at your desk.
Oh...and lets see the target market size is....anyone who works on or near a computer. What is that in today's workplace? Easily in the Billions. We can now see it in our mind's eye...in a few years there will probably be a huge Valley Springs data center with Break Pal featured prominently on the wall.
