The Fab 5 Are Back in Action Tuesday Morning at 9am!

Calaveras County, CA....The Calaveras County BOS are back in action Tuesday August 11th at 9am. Some of the agenda items being discussed will be a Resolution Item approving the agreement between Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. and Calaveras County psychiatric treatment services in the amount not to exceed $150,000 for FY 2009/10; Minutes of the Preliminary Budget Hearing will be discussed; A Public Hearing with Planning/Sheriff's Department and County Counsel; Adoption of an Ordinance amending sections of the County Code regarding references of the CDA and or Community Development Director; Possibly approving an agreement to transfer 7 acres to the Administrative Office of the Courts for the purpose of courthouse construction; Closed Session with Labor Negotiator with SEIU and more.
