Calaveras Winegrape Alliance (CWA) announces new Board of Directors!
The installation of new Board members took place at the monthly Board of Directors meeting on Thursday July 16th. President Scott Klann welcomed Grower members Debbie Grant, Flicker Oaks Vineyard (and new treasurer) & Ghee Hagedorn, Villa Vallecito Vineyards and Winery member Stuart Mast, of Brice Station Winery to the Board. Klann also thanked out going Board Members, Nanette Tanner, Tanner Vineyards, Stephen Kautz, Ironstone Vineyards and John Holleman, Holleman Vineyard for their years of unwavering dedication to the organization....
All three new members have been part of the organization for years and will be a huge asset to the organization says executive director, Anna Davies. She tells us the new members will serve a term of six months will all Board seats up for election in January 2010. Current Board members are President-Scott Klann, Newsome Harlow Wines, Vice President-Matt Hatcher, Hatcher Winery, Secretary-Rich Boone, Solomon Wines, Steve Collum, Vineyard Concepts and Gary Grant, Frog’s Tooth Vineyard.
