San Andreas, CA...Budget Hearings continued yesterday. Still without an agreement with the union bargaining groups the discourse was serious and subdued with real jobs and real incomes on the line. The Visitor's Bureau's budget was nicked by 10%. PERS contributions for the Supervisors, Positions in the District Attorneys Office and more were on the line...
