EL DORADO...On March 28, 2009, an LEO from the Pacific district, observed a truck with several passengers riding in the back of a truck. The LEO waved the truck into the parking lot. When the seven passengers were asked to exit the bed of the truck, the LEO observed two of them had open alcoholic beverages. Citations were issued for possessing an open container in a vehicle, and warnings were issued for the passengers in the bed of a truck......
On March 29, 2009, an LEO from the Pacific district, observed two men fishing from the shore of Icehouse Lake. One of the men appeared to be smoking marijuana. When contacted, the LEO asked the man if he had been smoking marijuana. He stated that he had. When the second male was asked to show his fishing license, he produced an invalid day use license. A citation was issued for a fishing violation and a warning was issued for the possession of marijuana.
STANISLAUS
On April 11, 2009, an LEO from the Groveland district, made contact with three fishermen at the Rainbow Pool day use area. Under further investigation, it became known that one fisherman had a felony warrant from San Joaquin County. He was held by the LEO and then transferred to the Tuolumne County Sherriff’s Department.
