Arnold, CA...Pete Ochs (1948-2009) passed away at his home on Friday April 3rd. He will be greatly missed by all of us at Big Trees Market. His infectious laugh, gregarious personality, not to mention his many years of produce experience and expertise will be all but impossible to replace. Pete was one of kind and his passing has left a huge void in the Big Trees family. He will be fondly remembered by all of us. From ThePineTree.net When we heard Pete had passed away it was quite a shock. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and fiends. As a small tribute we have enclosed one of his Produce Chats that we that we did for several weeks last year.
