Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Meeting for March 10, 2009 Quick Recap. Full Video up this evening ~By John Hamilton
San Andreas, CA...The Board had a light agenda yesterday and all of the agenda items moved forward. Larry Cornish from MTSJ stopped by to give an update on the latest at the hospital. Yesterday they proclaimed this month as Red Cross Month and a professional services agreement for the Transit System moved forward. The biggest item on the agenda was the proposed Pool Station Road development....
this item was pushed back for 4 weeks and will not be granted any extensions past this point.
This developments is running up against the roadblock of not being on central water or sewer. One of the big pushes by the county recently has been to drive development in a more clustered manner and not allow what Supervisor Tryon call "Rural Sprawl"
Video of the meeting will be up this evening and we will add it to this post.
