The Team Angels is hosting a Scholastic Clay Target Program 25 gun raffle. Shotguns, Rifles & Pistols Estimated Retail Value over $13,000.00. Winning ticket match every Friday’s Midday Daily Three California Lotto drawing January 2, 2009 through June 19, 2009. program with 44 team members. The California Scholastic Clay Target Program (CASCTP) is run in accordance with the Scholastic Clay Target Program administered by the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation (SSSF). SCTP is the most successful youth-oriented program in National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) history and is the nations fastest growing sport with nearly 30,000 youths participating in the program.
The SCTP is a YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM focused on providing young people with a positive experience in sports and an opportunity to learn and develop shotgun sporting skills. The SCTP is designed to instill in young people a set of personal values or character traits that teaches fair play, teamwork, individual responsibility, sportsmanship, leadership, self-
discipline and personal commitment, qualities that will serve them well throughout their lives and will be instrumental in helping each SCTP participant to reach his/her full potential. SCTP participants have the opportunity to showcase their competitive skills and earn recognition in trapshooting tournaments at the local, state, and national levels with opportunity to qualify for international Olympic training. SCTP activities incorporate two indispensable elements - SAFETY and FUN. SAFETY is incorporated into every facet of every SCTP activity. SCTP participants learn the safe and responsible handling and use of firearms under adult supervision.
The Team Angels SCTP is supported 100% by donations and fundraisers. Funds raised and donated to the program are used for the purchase of clay targets, ammunition, league and tournament fees, scholarships, and travel for qualified squads competing in the SCTP National Championships in Sparta, Illinois. Official Raffle Rules:
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a raffle ticket and win a rifle or shotgun, 21 years old to win a handgun. Each ticket is good in all 25 drawings. All State & Federal gun laws apply. The California State Lotto Friday Midday Daily Three number that matches the ticket numbered between 000 & 999 will be the winning number for that week. Winners must make arrangements with the gun dealer at Bear Mountain Guns in San Andreas, CA. within 30-days or risk forfeit of the gun back to AGC. Winner must present their winning ticket stub for confirmation to the gun dealer and must be verified by the raffle chairperson. Winner must fill out the required State & Federal gun paperwork in person at the gun dealer and comply with all DOJ firearms law. There is a 10-day waiting period in California before you can receive your gun. Law requires that you must pick up your gun within 20-days after the 10-day waiting period for a total of not more than 30-days. Committee Chair and Gun Dealer reserve the right to substitute a like gun of equal value due to circumstances out of our control. Out of the area or state, guns can be shipped to a licensed gun dealer near you (winner responsible for all shipping and FFL fees). No gun substitutions. In the event of unsold tickets on January 2, 2009, all unsold tickets are the property of AGC. Tickets sales will continue until all tickets are sold. AGC reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund all money if the minimum ticket sales quota is not met. Tickets cost $25.00 each. No limit on the number of tickets you can purchase, while supplies last. Only 1000 tickets will be sold. All proceeds benefit the AGC Team Angels SCTP.
