NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras Local Agency Formation Commission will hold a publichearing on the adoption of a Sphere of Influence Update for the City of Angels Camp and affirm the Environmental Impact Report certified by the City of Angels Camp for this purpose. LAFCO is required to adopt a Sphere of Influence consistent with the policies and procedures of Calaveras LAFCO and the LAFCO Act. The Sphere of Influence documents will be available for review at the LAFCO webpage 5 days prior to the hearing at www.co.calaveras.ca.us/departments/admin/lafco/lafco_1.asp. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers at 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, CA on the 21st day of March 2011 at 6:00 P.M., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Commission on any of the above stated item in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Calaveras Local Agency Formation Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
