HEAR TIPS ON HOW TO GET A SMALL BUSINESS LOAN NOW: RULES HAVE CHANGED
Need a small business loan or a loan for working capital from your local banker to startup, sustain, or expand your business? Want a low interest loan to purchase property to build your own business location, business complex or warehouse? Are you a local lender offering SBA Loans to your small business clients or builders? This two-hour presentation on SBA loans will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Board of Supervisor’s Chambers (4th floor) at 2 S. Green Street, Sonora.
The rules of financing and refinancing are changing for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans for small businesses, first mortgages, working capital, and builders. To present these changes, answer frequently asked questions, and review the SBA’s loan programs and products in today’s economy will be District Deputy Director John Manalli, Fresno District SBA Office.
For bankers, this presentation will cover how the SBA, lenders, and counseling partners augment each other, an overview of the Capline loan programs, including standard asset based, seasonal, and contracts and builder aspects. Refinancing changes for the SBA 7a loans, first mortgage financing using 504 programs, possible waivers, and working capital loan programs such as the SBA Express and Patriot Express will be discussed. Also, receive tips to assist small businesses with the front and back end of the SBA guarantee process.
For small businesses and builders looking for a loan, Manalli will outline the SBA’s loan programs available to you, answer your questions, discuss working capital loans, and how to apply for a low interest loan to purchase property to build your own business.
