Black Bart Players Host Evening of Christmas Carols!
The Black Bart Players are getting ready for the holiday season! The Players cordially invite you and yours to an evening of Christmas Carols, yummy baked goods, hot apple cider and holiday cheer for a good cause Saturday, December 13th, at the Black Bart Playhouse, 580 S. Algiers St., Murphys.....

From 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., join local musicians Matt Cullen & the Shades of Swing as they lead the audience in a variety of holiday songs. In the lobby, Players will serve homemade treats and hot apple cider. Santa Claus himself has agreed to pop in for a photo opportunity, as well.

Admission to the event is one unwrapped toy that the Players will donate to Santa’s Express in its efforts to provide Christmas presents to families that would otherwise be unable to afford them.

For more information visit murphysblackbartplayers.com or call 728-8842.
See you at the theater!

The Black Bart Players, a nonprofit community theater, formed in 1964, performing at the Native Sons of the Golden West Hall on Main Street in Murphys. In 1986, there was enough community support to build the present facility at 580 S. Algiers St., Murphys. The Players excel at farce, comedy and melodrama. The theater is available to various community groups, as well. It has been used for numerous concerts, dance performances, movies, children’s theater, summer drama programs and workshops, as well as other area theater productions.
