Local artists will be lining the narrow streets and lanes of tiny Mokelumne Hill to paint outdoors on the spot from an easel and a nearby set of paints. The public may walk, drive, park and watch how different artists spontaneously create works using the historic gold-mining backdrop of Mokelumne Hill as their subjects.
