Firestone Night at Alchemy
Murphys, CA...Please join us this Thursday, May 11, between 4:00 and 7:30, as we tap some very special beer from Firestone Walker. Your first glass of any of the featured beers gets you a free logo Firestone glass. Tim, our Firestone rep, will be on hand to talk all things Firestone. The featured beers include Lil' Opal, an amazing sour, and Bravo, a very high gravity Imperial Brown just released for the first time.

Chef Jason Wright is pleased to bring his innovative cuisine to Murphys by way of Carmel, where he was Chef and co-owner of Bahama Billy’s Steakhouse and Bixby Martini Bistro, both voted “Best restaurants in Carmel.” No stranger to the mountains, Jason formerly directed the culinary operations of Whiskey Creek restaurants in Mammoth Lakes and Bishop. He is a graduate of San Francisco’s California Culinary Academy and describes the food at Alchemy as “… craveable. The menus at Alchemy feature the best items from my culinary career. Big, bold flavors from around the world with an emphasis on classy American favorites. Every item is a winner, and you will want to come back over and over to try them all.”

The Big May Chamber of Commerce Mixer At The Ranch House Is Tonight! Attend, Mingle & Kick Off Fair
Angels Camp, CA...(Frogtown, USA).The Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce its May Mixer will once again be hosted by the Calaveras County Fairgrounds as a “Kick Off to the Fair”. This mixer will take place on May 11, 2017 from 5:30pm to 7pm at the Calaveras County Fairgrounds Ranch House located at 2465 Gun Club Rd. in Angels Camp. The Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee is one of the largest events in the county, dating back to the late 1800s. Each year the fair is attended by thousands of people, both local and out of the area.
Come out and meet the Saddle Queen and Miss Calaveras Contestants as well as a few of our famous jumping frogs! Enjoy great wine, food and conversation with your fellow community members.
Admission to our May Mixer is free of charge with raffle tickets available for purchase at check in. A free raffle ticket will be given to those that bring a raffle prize for donation.
