Vallecito, CA..Twisted Oak Winery is pleased to announce the final show of our 2013 Twisted Folk Concert Series – Grammy-award winning Americana music legends Mollie O’Brien and Rich Moore! “This is the last show so we’re a little sad,” said winery co-owner Jeff Stai. “Every show has been a lot of fun, with record audiences and world class musicians. We really appreciate the support we have received this summer! And, we’re especially happy to be able to end the season with Mollie O’Brien and Rich Moore – performers who are able to move between so many different genres, just like our concert season did this year.”

Vallecito, CA...The Calaveras County Taxpayers Association continues it's march on. Since its founding well before the Tea Party movement had even been thought of and continuing now with a Taxpayer Alert TV Program. Al Segalla and his merry band of tax vigilantes are present at seemingly every public meeting making sure the Constitution, Private Property Rights and Libertarian views are not swept under the rug of public process. Below is their first program with the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association's Jon Coupal. Veteran Ric Ryan, The Walking Man of Murphys Honored by Big & Rich

Murphys, CA...A very nice update from the Walking Man of Murphys, Sgt Ric Ryan. "Last Saturday I was honored at the Big and Rich concert in Murphys. They called me up to the stage and honored all vets there and because I live in Murphys they had me with them on the stage. They told the everyone there that I served in the Vietnam and did two tours which they got wrong because I said I was there in 66 and 67. I did one tour then and it was for 13 months and 15 days but that is okay they just misunderstood me. They told everyone that I have walked 5163 miles to raise money for Operation Mend who helps returning veterans that did help. When I came out on the stage they said here is our local veteran Sgt Ric Ryan of the United States Marine Corps and everybody stood and cheered....

Murphys, CA... A great crowd was on hand last night to see Big & Rich, Cowboy Troy and Whiskey Dawn wrap up Ironstone Vineyard's 2013 Summer Concert Series. Everyone seemed to be having a great time - even playing with beach balls in the isles while waiting for showtime. Plenty of photos inside...
