Angels Camp, CA...The Bret Harte FFA Chapter rings in the new year at their January FFA meeting with a special presentation from the Officer Team. Many of the officers had attended a leadership conference called Made for Excellence during their sophomore year. At this conference, the members had been introduced to the movement called, “Because I Said I would”. This social, nonprofit movement strived to better humanity by encouraging people to make promises which they write down on a card.
