Angels Camp, CA...Stop by the Calaveras Humane Society's Thrift Store Cat Adoption Center in Angels Camp, located in Angels Town Center at 240 S. Main St./Hwy 49 (open Thurs.-Sat., 11am to 5pm). Drake & Rave will be there, along with other irresistible kitties! We will also have kitties available to meet you at our Arnold Adoption Center, located in Meadowmont Center next to Big Trees Market (open Thurs.-Sat., 10am to 5pm). Come in and meet some kitties!

Arnold, CA...UPDATE AS OF 2PM....Mr. Lantry has been located alive. More details to follow. 2:30pm....He was located in the drainage in the Pinebrook area. Initial reports are he is in relatively good condition. His wife has been notified. On behalf of all of us at ThePineTree.net we would like to thank all of those in the search and rescue of Mr. Lantry. With the cold overnight temps, chances of a positive outcome seemed slim. Everyone is very happy here at the Command Center!! Great job crews! More updates to follow as we receive....

Arnold, CA...On 02/25/15 at about 1:50pm today, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Department has located missing person James Francis Lantry alive. James Lantry was found in a wooded area in the Blue Lake Springs sub-division. Lantry’s medical condition is unknown at this time. Medical personnel have been dispatched to the area to check on Lantry...

Arnold, CA...(Update...Not located yet as of 7am) Calaveras Sheriff Department is currently conducting a search for a missing Arnold man 83 year old Jim Lantry. He left his residence in Pinebrook area on foot at approximately 4 pm and has not returned. He is 6 foot tall about 165 pounds gray hair brown eyes, last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans. If you have information regarding this subject please contact Calaveras Sheriff at 209-754-6500. UPDATE as of 9:54pm...We stopped by the Pinbrook Clubhouse that is serving as a command post for the search. The full Calaveras County Search & Rescue Team and teams of deputies are doing a grid search of the area. They are covering lots of ground but as of this time Mr. Lantry has still not been located.
