Frogtown, USA...Today, Thursday May 19, is the first day of our celebrated County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee and there is something to do for everyone! 8AM - Livestock Shows start at the Tower Pavilion 10AM - Youth Parade through downtown Angels Camp 12PM - California Carnival opens up, Frog Stage opens, Cole Porter Band fires up at the Ranch House 2PM - Saddle Queen competition starts down in the Arena, Winemaker of the Day in the Floral Pavilion, Northern California 8PM - Miss Calaveras competition starts on the Main Stage
Angels Camp, CA...(Frogtown, USA)...Classic rock vibes will echo at Frogtown every night of the Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee. Four distinct tribute bands will rock the Lawn Stage at 8 p.m. Rockin Down the Hiway! - Doobie Hits and Musical Trips will perform on Thursday. Boston Rocks will take the stage Friday and Journey Unauthorized is slated for Saturday. The Boys of Summer - a tribute to the music of the EAGLES is set for Sunday.
Arnold, CA...Dogwood in Arnold will be opening soon. The signs have been hung and crew training is underway. Another great eatery joining the community...

Angels Camp, CA...Time to sign up to participate for the annual Youth Parade! The Parade, which is put on by Soroptimist International of Calaveras County and sponsored by Century 21 Sierra Properties, will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 19 in Angels Camp. Individuals, pairs, and groups/clubs are all invited to take part in the exciting event. Come help kick off the start of the Jumping Frog Jubilee, with your community! Those who are interested in participating can find the entry form online at www.frogtown.org. A few photos and video from last year to get you in the mood.
