Murphys, CA...The Twentieth Annual Kid's Fishing Clinic is Saturday, May 5, 2018, 8:00am ‘til 1:00pm - 1st through 8th Grade. Murphys Historical Community Park, Algiers Road. Turn south at Murphys Hotel Children must be accompanied by an adult. No Entry Fee or applications required. Free Food/Drinks for participants. Bring your own fishing equipment or use our equipment! Calaveras Airport Day 2018, Fly-In & Open House is April 21 |

Angels Camp, CA...Calaveras Airport is hosting their annual Fly-In & Open House on Saturday April 21 from 8am to 5pm. In addition to many aircraft flying in there will be aircraft, classic cars, & RC airplanes on display. Lions Club will be serving a pancake breakfast and for lunch EAA chapter 484 will BBQ hamburgers & more. There will be music throughout the day by "The Calaveras Community Band" and "The Rusty Rockers". Airplane rides are offered to the public; $10 for children & $20 for adults.
