Arnold Water Outage Affects Almost 1000 Customers |
Posted by: News_Desk on 02/28/2017 03:25 PM
|
Arnold, CA...Due to the failure of a main pressure-reducing valve in the old Meadowmont Golf Course at around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday Feb. 28, about 500 to 1,000 customers in the Meadowmont area are experiencing a water outage. CCWD crews are assessing the problem and will begin making repairs as soon as possible. The District does not have an estimate of when repairs will be complete at this time. Due to the severity of the infrastructure failure, customers will need to comply with a boil water notice once water service is restored. The District will deliver these notices to all customers who have been impacted as soon as possible.

Posted by: News_Desk on 02/27/2017 11:12 AM
|
Calaveras County, CA...“Tom’s World” is the 4th Congressional District of California stretching from Lake Tahoe in the North to Yosemite in the South, including most of the western foothills of the Sierra Nevada. It’s a reliably Red District where Donald Trump won 54% of all votes cast in 2016 and Tom won 63%. Tom won his first election in 2008 and has won four since. Tom’s World is a safe Republican seat in a state that elected Hillary Clinton by more than 4.5 million votes. I know Tom’s World rather well because unlike Tom, I actually live in the Congressional District that he represents.
