Arnold, CA...There have been some big changes at Big Trees Fitness lately, and the biggest is yet to come: The Snack Shop at the pool is about to become The Deep End! The Deep End will host a variety of evening events and activities, starting Saturday, July 6th with a 1970's Disco dance party! Come out and boogie with us from 7:00-10:00 PM at the all-new Deep End. We'll be turning the clock back to 1977 with a live dj playing all disco, all night long, the dance floor will be open, the pool will be open late, and we'll even have prizes for the best-dressed people who come! So dust off your platform shoes, pull out your wrap-around skirts, and get down with us at the Deep End at Big Trees Fitness July 6th after the parade! The pool and snack shop will be open all day, and we'll have plenty of food and drink available, including beer, wine, and wine margaritas. Arnold, CA...The Grand Marshall of the 39th Annual Arnold Independence Day Parade is Rod Smith. He is a Previous president of Lions Club, just out as President for CBTA on June 30th. He helped raise over $200,000 for the Three Senses Trail, Installed for the blind and disabled project that was Installed at Big trees park. He was aided by his wife Vaugh, who is also a Lion member, for this project. He is another local hero that flies under the radar. The parade is sponsored this year by Fox Security, Arnold Auto Supply & P&D Builders. High Country Spa & Stoves is also a contributing Sponsor.
