Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People! Here comes the Snow and I say……..it’s alright! 10″-18″ possible thru Tuesday night. We could see more thru the weekend and into next week but right now it depends on which Jet Stream will effect us most. We want the Polar influence but the Subtropical tap seems to be stronger. Will the MJO help us out? Let’s all hope for the Polar/MJO!!!! The Grizz Bowl still needs another 2′ plus to open so stay tuned for that!…. Arnold Ca, Dec. 11, 2010....Local author Charity Maness took on the holiday shopping crowds today at Highland Books in Arnold to greet her readers, sign books for sale, and just enjoy a wonderful afternoon in Arnold. Ms. Maness, of Copperopolis, Charity Maness who is also contributor to thepinetree.net got her start as a writer in her childhood.....
Dr. Kelly Welch passed away on December 5, 2010 in Sacramento, California at the age of 50. She was born on January 24, 1960 in Sacramento. Kelly was a 1978 graduate of Mira Loma High School and went on to study at UC Davis, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1983. In 1990 she graduated from UC Berkeley with a Doctor of Optometry degree. Kelly practiced optometry in the San Francisco bay area after graduation, and most recently practiced in Arnold, California at Sierra Vista Optometry. Kelly leaves behind two sons, Andrew and Kevin, who attended Avery Middle School and Bret .....

And I still have $17 left for more treasure hunting!” .....
