Angels Camp, CA....In this episode of Elémentaire TV, Dave and Jenny create a delicious reversed apple pie with a Crème Chantilly topping. Elémentaire is the creation of two professional cooks dedicated to helping take the mystery out of making delicious meals from scratch. Our goal is to educate through the use of culinary terms and techniques and also inspire, through the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients, all who watch to make their own meals to enjoy at home. Every Sunday Night at 8pm we will premier another, great, new episode of Elémentaire with Jenny & Dave.

Trick or Treating and Pet Costume Contest at Animal Services |

San Andreas, CA...On October 31st we will be having Halloween fun at Animal Services by offering trick or treating during our business hours (8am-4:30pm) for kids and pets who are in costume. For pets in costume we will be having our first annual costume contest and I will be taking pictures of the critters in costume who wish to enter the contest. I will post the pictures on our Facebook page where the public can vote by ‘liking’ the picture, the voting will go until the end of the day on 11/3 and the winner will be announced on 11/4 in the morning. Grand prize will be 2 tickets to the Movie Theater in Angels Camp, 2nd place will be a certificate for either a cat or dog microchip, and 3rd place will be a $15 gift certificate for Spence Feed in Angels Camp...

San Andreas, CA...Heidi is an extremely beautiful, calm German Shepherd Pointer, weighs 51.9 pounds, is 2-3 years old, needs to be spayed, has had all shots except rabies and her heartworm test is pending. Heidi is a very well behaved girl who can do with a little leash training. She seems to like other dogs, comes when called and was totally mellow and relaxed on all of the temperament tests. Tootsie is a 5-6 year old spayed Chi mix who weighs in at 6 pounds. Poor little Tootsie was found wandering around all by herself. Tootsie just wants to be with a human who will cuddle and spoil her and let her sit on a nice warm lap. She does not seem very interest in other dogs or cats but sure may like a friend to be with in a new forever home. She will need a rabies shot but has her other shots...
