Hey Good People!! Bear Valley Weather, Conditions Update & Grizzly Opens Saturday! ~By Mattly Trent

Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People! As Friday morning unfolds cloud cover is in effect and the temp is currently 31F. Today a 20% chance of snow showers may occur after 10am this morning as the high reaches 38F. As the surface gradient tightens we will see increased winds with gusts into the low 20’s today. Mixed precipitation looks to be the thing through the weekend then colder air will make its way into the area by Monday so we’ll see the snowfall on Tuesday start a bit high and slowly work its way down in elevation through the week. Some model differences are still showing up so check back over the next few days and I’ll nail down some snow totals for the coming week. These systems will bring scattered snow shower activity with only a few inches of snow expected during the next 2-3days as moisture aloft is low. Remember to ride safe, respect the Code and have a great time doing it. We’re about “Pure Mtn Fun” so come check us out this Winter !!!!! stay tuned....
Arnold, CA...Dyemusica is excited to be playing our favorite local venue in Arnold! Inside show, food, coffee and libations. Not even mentioning reggae/jams and dancing! The clock is ticking, there are only a few more DYEMUSICA shows before Kevin moves out of state, come down and celebrate 7 years of original music in the mother load!
Hey Good People! We Have Copious Amounts of "Pure Mtn Fun" During "Miracle March"! ~By Mattly Trent
Posted by: thepinetree on 03/08/2018 10:23 AM
Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People! The current approaching system has slowed a bit and last nights snowfall potential has shifted to Friday. The high today looks to be around 39F with breezy conditions as a SW wind will range from 16-25mph with gusts as high as 38mph. Warmer temps are in the mix for the next handful of days so we will see a higher snowfall level than we did for the last system. Light snowfall will be associated with this system through the weekend. These systems will bring scattered snow shower activity with only a few inches of snow expected during the next 2-3days as moisture aloft is low. Next week looks to be more active with snow and colder temps so stay tuned as model agreements are still a little conflicting. We are continuing to open more terrain as the recent storm cycle gave us the snow we all need here in Central/NorCal. Remember to ride safe, respect the Code and have a great time doing it. Remember, we’re about “Pure Mtn Fun” so come check us out this Winter !!!!! stay tuned....
