Arnold, CA...Let's kick off the holiday weekend early...a round of golf, a refreshing dip in the pool, and a fun party tonight on the patio! Though the flyer indicates "buffet" dinner we're actually plating and serving the food instead, while Jill & The Giants are serving-up some great music!

U.S. Forest Service Enacts Temporary Fire Restrictions In High Hazard Areas |

Sonora, Calif. June 30, 2016…Due to high fire danger, temporary fire restrictions are in effect in High Hazard Areas on the Stanislaus National Forest (STF) July 1 through the end of the official 2016 fire season. Forest Order 16-2016-3 prohibits campfires, briquette barbecues and smoking outside developed campgrounds, as well as welding and blasting activities in designated High Hazard Areas of the forest – fireworks are not allowed on the forest at any time.

Arnold, CA...Celebrate your favorite American Hero this Saturday, July 2nd at 10am. Hwy 4 closes at 9:30am so the Ebbetts Pass Corridor can celebrate all along the parade route in Arnold. It is a complete day of fun in Arnold, you can start your day off with a great pancake breakfast from the Lions Club, get your cardio in with the Firecracker Mile, relax with friends and family while you watch the parade and enjoy a concert in Cedar Center. So grab your lawn chairs, mark you viewing spots and Celebrate America's Birthday Mountain Style!

It is a sad day for our community. They have been here so long. The employees are more like family. They are all very special people.

Runners and walkers welcome! Once an Arnold Independence Day Parade tradition, the Firecracker Mile is a mile-long fun run that kicks off the Independence Day parade, beginning at the Arnold Byway and ending at Cedar Center.
