Brendon & Kaela Dishion Take Arnold's Firecracker Mile |

Arnold, CA...The speedy brother & sister duo of Brendan and Kaela Dishion took the overall men and women's divisions, respectively of this year's Firecracker Mile. Way to go racers! Once an Arnold Independence Day Parade tradition, the Firecracker Mile is a "mile" race that kicks off the parade, beginning at the Arnold Byway and ending at Cedar Center. It's a great way to participate in the parade if you're not already on a float, and we hope you'll join us as we promote fitness and raise money again next year for Hazel Fischer Elementary Parents Club.

Arnold, CA...It was another great slice of small town Americana at this years Arnold Independence Day parade. We have been playing the parade video on our morning show but we hadn't processed the photos or gotten the whole thing posted until now. GABA and their large group of community volunteers that all rally around for the first Saturday in July to make sure the event celebrates our nation's birthday every year. Their are over 120 parade photos and full parade video. We would also like to thank Cedar Creek Realty for sponsoring the parade. They have been our parade sponsor since 2006. They are a great real estate company that can make all your mountain real estate dreams come true. Below are a few highlight photos and the complete slideshow is below the video..
