Bistro Espresso Has Opened in Second Location in Murphys!! 350 Main Behind Hovey Tasting Room |

Murphys, CA...Bisto Espresso in Arnold has opened their second location. The Bistro Espresso in Murphys is located at 350 Main behind the Hovey Wind Tasting Room. Larry and the gang will have all the great coffee, coffee drinks, ice cream, pastries, food and more. They just opened on Friday and they don't even have all of their signage up but this will be a great addition to Murphys. They are open from 6am to 9pm 7 days a week. Bistro in Murphys will no doubt become a fixture of the community just like they have in Arnold....

Arnold, CA...Don and Beverly Fry of Arnold are thrilled to announce the arrival of their second grandchild Jackson Wayne Wallace to excited parents Kristen Fry-Wallace and Charles Wallace of San Jose. Benjamin Roy Wallace is a big brother and Don and Bev's first grandchild. Jack was born August 23, 2012 at 9:59am and weighted at 9 pounds 5 ounces and 21 inches long. The family is all doing well...

Calaveras Opens Season with Win. Bret Harte Big Over Gustine |

Calaveras County, CA...The Calaveras Redskins opened up the 2012-13 Season with a big 54-20 win over Yosemite in San Andreas on Friday Night. Bret Harte had a high scoring victory over Gustine 50 -12 on the road. In other MML action Summerville opened with a 37 -0 romp over Mariposa County on the road Thursday. Linden fell to Ripon on the short end of a 47 -7 Score.

Camp Connell, CA...The big weekend is here and let the parties begin. Saturday night , we welcome Allen Vega and Big Cat Tolefree for an incredible night of Blues. This is the big KAHUNA. You do not want to miss this show. Music starts around 6:00 pm and is very family friendly. Sunday night we welcome back local favorite "The Grover Anderson Band" to our stage. They will surely rock the house. Looking forward to a Wild Weekend. Also, today and tomorrow there is a mini flea market in the parking lot. Come by and make a deal. There is something for everyone.
