San Andreas, CA...Swift, 54, of Angels Camp, has been a court executive officer at the Calaveras County Superior Court since 2011. He served in multiple positions at the Amador County Superior Court from 1999 to 2011, including superior court commissioner, court executive officer and research attorney. Swift was an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Charles S. Limandri from 1995 to 1998 and a partner at the Law Offices of Swift and Connolly from 1991 to 1995. He was an associate attorney at Koeller Nebeker Carlson and Halluck from 1988 to 1991, at Mullen Dofflemyre and Frazier from 1986 to 1988 and at Tucker Goldby and Freedman from 1985 to 1986...

The mission of Public, Education, and Government (PEG) Access Television in Calaveras County is to provide the people in the County with fair and reasonable access to cable television channel(s). Angels Camp, CA...Elaine J. Jorn of Angels Camp went to be with the lord on December 15, 2013. Ms. Jorn was born June 2, 1923 in Angels Camp, and was 90 years old. Ms. Jorn was employed as a corporate secretary for 41 years by the Calaveras Cement Plant in San Andreas until its closing in 1983. She was also employed by the Black Bart Inn in San Andreas as a front desk receptionist until her retirement. Ms. Jorn is survived by her brother, William Miladinovich of Angels Camp. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Dorothy Miladinovich of Angels Camp, and her sisters Joanne Anderson of Vallecito, and Doris Egan Cassidy of Angels Camp. She also leaves behind numerous generations of nieces and nephews....

Angels Camp, CA...Stop by Calaveras Humane Society's Thrift Store Cat Adoption Center in Angels Camp, located in Angels Town Center (240 S. Main St./Hwy 49). We have NEW HOURS for the Angels Camp Adoption Center—Thursday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm, so we will open an hour later than we have in the past. The Arnold Adoption Center still opens at 10am, so this change only applies to the Angels Camp location.
