Utility Work to Close Angels Camp Bypass December 7th |

| Calaveras County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close State Route 4 (SR-4) from the west junction of SR-49 to the end of the Angels Camp Bypass on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon). Crews will work on the utilities in this location. Motorists may detour onto SR-49 and Business Route 4... |

Thee also have tools and a large selection of plumbing supplies. They are also open late on most nights. | On November 26th, 2011, at approximately 8:30 PM, an officer from the Angels Camp Police Department was dispatched to a report of a vehicle burglary, where the victim reported that his vehicle was broken into while it was parked in the downtown area. The victim, visiting from Southern California, parked and locked his vehicle and then went out to dinner with a friend. Upon returning to his vehicle he noticed that the vehicle door was ajar and property was missing. Items taken included an iPad 2, a back pack, clothing, and other items... |
