January 12, 2009 – Combating Elder Abuse...My goal in this article is to provide the reader with an overview of Elder Abuse and the resources available to anyone confronting that problem. On December 23 President Bush signed the Worker, Retiree, and Employer Recovery Act of 2008. This is important news for retirees who have reached the age of 70 ½. Angels Camp, CA...We had the pleasure to spend a few minutes talking with Local Contractor, Tom Danielsen and Andy Wahl of New World Management yesterday on a twist they are bringing to Construction. Tom uses Andy's services to actually test the efficiency and livability of a home. Using infrared cameras, pressure testing and other techniques they can verify the improvements they make. Sometimes they can raise the efficiency of a home 50% or more. We found it fascinating and very informative. Enclosed is a very nice video interview and also an additional press release from Danielson Fine Homes on their business...
