The Roof had been deteriorating for years and was no longer weather proof. Fair CEO Giannini went to the Friends and expressed her concerns about the roof. The Friends took action and hired Rolleri to not just repair the roof but replace it. A new metal roof now tops the Floriculture Building. The building now can be rented year around and also store the Fair’s equipment.
