Operation "Snow Fall" Nets 7 Arrests in Cocaine & Ecstasy Sting |

Twain Harte, CA...7 people arrested in months-long drug trafficking investigation. Operation “Snow Fall” kicked off early Wednesday morning. The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Narcotics Agents (TNT) with assistance from Sheriff’s Detectives, Patrol and Boating Divisions, California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), and the High Risk Probation Supervision Team executed multiple search and arrest warrants stemming from a drug dealing operation based out of a downtown Twain Harte cocktail lounge.

DUI Arrest for Rail Road Flat Man After Railroad Flat Road Collision |

Rail Road Flat, CA...On January 3, at approximately 1341 hours, the Stockton Communications Center received a call of a traffic collision involving a overturned pickup truck on Railroad Flat Road, near Swiss Ranch Road in the Mountain Ranch area. Officers from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) San Andreas Area Office responded to the scene and contacted Ryan Ireland. It was determined he was driving his Dodge at a high rate of speed, while using his cell phone. Due to his inattention and level of intoxication, he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.

Three Subjects Arrested for Shelton Road Burglary |

Valley Springs, CA...On 12-28-18 at about 1100 hours CCSO Deputies responded to a residence in the 10000 block of Shelton Road near Valley Springs for a report of a suspicious person. Deputies had responded to this same residence about a week prior for a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies contacted and detained a male subject, Kevin Defilieppo (age 26 of Modesto). Defilieppo was found in possession of prescribed medications belonging to the residence.

Ione Woman Lost Life in Vehicle vs Tree Collision on SR-124 |

Ione, CA...A 62 year old Ione Woman was traveling northbound on SR-124 north of Waterman Road in her Toyota Camry in the northbound lane, at an unknown speed. Forunknown reasons she allowed her Toyota veered off the roadway, she lost control of the vehicle and subsequently collided with a tree and overturned. She was partially ejected from her vehicle and succumbed to her injuries.

Newman, CA...Below is the Press Conference after Capture of Suspect in Killing of Newman Police Officer. From the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Dept..."Our search for the man who killed Newman Police Corporal Ronil Singh has ended. Kern County Sheriff’s deputies captured 32-year-old Gustavo Perez Arriaga this morning at a home in Bakersfield. Arriaga has been arrested and will be transported to Stanislaus County. Arriaga will be charged with homicide.

Memorial Fund Set Up For Slain Newman Police Officer as Search Continues for His Killer |

Newman, CA...Newman Police Officer Ronil Singh (33) was shot and killed during a traffic stop just before 1:00 AM on 12/26/18. At 12:57 AM, Officer Singh called off on a traffic stop at Merced Street and Eucalyptus Avenue in Newman. A few moments later he called out “shots fired” over the radio. Multiple agencies responded to assist and Singh was found at the scene with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Sacramento, CA...Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today issued the following statement regarding the death of Newman Police Corporal Ronil Singh: “On behalf of all Californians, Anne and I extend our condolences to Corporal Singh’s wife, young son, loved ones and colleagues. Our hearts are with the entire community of Newman and law enforcement officers across the state who risk their lives every day to protect and serve the people of California.” Corporal Singh, 33, was shot and killed early Wednesday morning following a traffic stop in Newman.
