The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirms that the second healthcare worker who tested positive last night for Ebola traveled by air Oct. 13, the day before she reported symptoms. Angels Camp, CA...(The overflow crowd was too large for the firehouse. Hard to have the fire dept ignore those fire safety codes when you are in the firehouse. Meeting continued till October 21st and will be held in larger venue) The Mark Twain Medical Clinic project on Dogtown Road is back before the City Council tonight and is likely to get the green light. Much work has been done since the last meeting to find common ground and meet many of the traffic mitigation objections of the Dogtown - Gardner Lane neighborhoods. We have had a couple of off the record conversations with some of the parties involved and there is a possibility for even better migrations than what will be the official proposal tonight. So looks like we may get the needed job growth and improved or at least not worsened traffic. The complete agenda is enclosed and the meeting starts tonight at 6pm in the Firehouse...
