Jamestown, CA...California State Parks, the California State Railroad Museum Foundation and Railtown 1897 State Historic Park in Jamestown are excited to present entertaining “Robbery on the Rails” theatrical excursion train ride experiences over the extended Labor Day Weekend, September 3-5, 2022. Designed using some Hollywood-style creative license to add to the fun, three 45-minute family-friendly excursion train rides will be offered each day at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., and will be pulled by a historic locomotive. Throughout the holiday weekend, live entertainment will be provided by Congressional Gunfighters of America.

The Kool Shifters Band is made up of 6 members, seasoned musicians, which have mastered their skill through out a 30 year span, David and Patti Koolhoven, Art Thompson, Myron Smallin, John Gay, and Lee Godfrey. Leader, David Koolhaven, has 35 years of experience in the Bay Area music scene. He has played with and opened for such greats as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Huey Lewis and the News and Jefferson Starship.
