Valley Springs Elementary Held Their 15th Annual Kid's Day!

Valley Springs, CA....Valley Springs Elementary School held their 15th annual Kid;s Day and invited the Foothill Classics Car Club to attend and display their cars. The club had five cars attend the event on June 5, 2010. The parents and kids seemed to enjoy the cars and discussed the cars with the members in attendance.

There were no injuries reported. $500 in damages were reported. Board of Supervisors Approve Valley Springs Plan~Video Coming Soon

San Andreas, CA....The Board voted 4~1 today to approve the Tofanelli led compromise Valley Springs Community plan. We just spoke with District 1 Supervisor Tofanelli and Chief Architect of the compromise Valley Springs Community Plan and he seemed pleased they got something through today. He said they tried to include something for all of the groups that participated. They especially were mindful of the needs and rights of the affected property owners. He stressed that they went out of their way to listen to the various points of view and to be as inclusive as they could be. We also spoke with District 2, Supervisor, Tom Tryon and he seemed pleased with the progress made today as well. Supervisor Thomas also applauded Supervisors Tofanelli's leadership on this issue and said that this plan took into account the views and interests of the land owners better than the originally developed community plan...
