2026 World Cup to Generate over $1 billion in Economic Activity Across California

Sacramento, CA...California is set to receive an estimated $1.2 billion from the 2026 World Cup across Los Angeles and the Bay Area, according to two recent reports. The tournament’s economic impact is set to generate $594 million in Los Angeles County and up to $630 million in the Bay Area, with those regions set to host hundreds of thousands of visitors.

“In 2026, Los Angeles County and the Bay Area – powered by millions of Californians with roots from all over the world – will showcase our diversity and strength to the global community, providing an unparalleled home to the World Cup, including USA’s opening match. The World Cup will generate an estimated $1.2 billion for communities across the state while creating jobs all across California and boosting tourism.”

Governor Gavin Newsom

That's great news!! Just think about how this will help our homeless illegals immigrants!!! We can build them 2 Million Dollar mini-homes to get them off the streets so our homeless veterans and other homeless families won't have to share the sidewalks with them and during heat waves won't have to share the cooling centers with them either.
It's a win win for California and all the contractors who support the Socialist Party of CA...Hows that "Bullet Train Coming Along Gavin?
